01 / THE CHALLENGE
Operating a self-funded digital-services agency meant owning the full business. In a competitive market, the task was to find stronger customer fit, improve the value of the offer, and build delivery systems with commercial discipline.
02 / WHAT I DID
Apply quantitative and qualitative research, Jobs-to-be-Done, and pain-point analysis to identify underserved gaps. Refine customer segmentation and ideal customer profiles.
Connect clearer positioning with consultative selling and higher-value service packages, raising average project value from approximately $800 to more than $4,000.
Establish CRM, lead tracking, sales and delivery workflows, project management, and finance systems. Coordinate approximately 10 cross-functional contributors.
Develop relationship- and referral-led international acquisition without a paid acquisition budget. Restructure from fixed capacity to a lean, project-based model after validating demand.
03 / THE OUTCOMES
Average project value increased fivefold, with clients across the US, Canada, Korea, and Vietnam. The experience brought direct accountability for go-to-market, sales, delivery, and P&L.
Reported project-value endpoints. The final bar uses $4,000 as the minimum stated value.
Positioning shows up in the economics of the business. The right customer and a more valuable problem can matter as much as a larger volume of leads.
04 / SOURCE & EVIDENCE
Results are drawn from my CV. The original excerpt is below; campaign dashboards and reporting screenshots are still to be added.

Oi operates as a lean, project-based entrepreneurial project. My priority is a long-term full-time role; active business development would pause on acceptance, subject to employer conflict-of-interest requirements.
