01 / THE CHALLENGE

Start with the business problem.

KEN Dental needed a marketing function from the ground up: people, operating processes, acquisition, CRM, reporting, and performance management. The remit was to connect marketing activity with the patient journey and commercial outcomes.

02 / WHAT I DID

From direction to execution.

01

Start with the patient journey.

Use Jobs-to-be-Done and Customer Journey Mapping to identify friction between a first search and a consultation booking. Connect customer insight to acquisition and conversion priorities.

02

Build the operating foundation.

Establish team structure, campaign operations, CRM, reporting, and performance management within 90 days. Make lead tracking and follow-up part of the acquisition system.

03

Connect growth across the journey.

Build integrated acquisition, retention, and referral systems, with conversion measurement and campaign-level reporting.

04

Hire and develop the team.

Recruit, train, and lead six people across brand, media, digital, offline activation, customer success, and marketing management.

03 / THE OUTCOMES

A measurable difference.

Reported results include $240K+ generated in the first seven months at approximately 8× ROI, with approximately 45% month-over-month revenue growth and 43% month-over-month patient growth over the same period.

In a service business, the experience after an enquiry is part of marketing. Acquisition, booking, customer success, and referrals need shared ownership.
